My Nourishing Moves Strong for Life Program is based on my philosophy that strength and mobility are the fountain of youth and the training needed to acquire it is a skill.

Stage 1 & 2 start right at the beginning of this journey, making this program perfect for the complete beginner.

This sensible and intelligent training plan uses the best of joint mobility, kettlebell and Pilates exercise to build your strength, endurance, mobility and energy to new levels. The more athletic physique becomes a welcome side effect.  

All you need for this program is two kettlebells (recommended 12kg and 16kg for men, 8kg and 12kg for women) and a little space to train.

The program asks for 3 x 50 minute and 2 x 30 minute training sessions per week over a 6-8 week period to set you on the path to being strong for life.
